Information on the Possibility of Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
In accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, we hereby inform consumers residing in the European Union that they have the right to resolve their disputes with the seller out of court via the official platform of the European Commission.
If a dispute arises from an online purchase that cannot be settled directly with the seller, the consumer may use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission:

This platform allows consumers and traders to reach an out-of-court settlement through an independent dispute resolution body.
Please note: The use of the ODR platform is voluntary and does not exclude your right to pursue legal action before the competent courts of your country.
