Goods must be returned undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

6. Complaints
All goods are covered by a statutory warranty of conformity of 2 years unless stated otherwise. Complaints must be submitted in writing, with a description of the defect and (if possible) photos.
The complaint will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
7. Liability for Defects
The Seller is liable for any defects present at the time of delivery. The Seller is not liable for defects caused by improper use or storage.
